Elwood-John H. Glenn High School’s band, chorus and orchestra all earned Superior ratings at the Music in the Parks festival, held on June 1 at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey. The chorus and orchestra won first place for their divisions and the orchestra won best overall orchestra. Special awards were given to Joseph Bahr for Outstanding Vocalist and to Lily Brown for her ASL interpretation of John Lennon’s “Imagine.”

“A big congratulations to all,” music teacher Brittany Wheeler said.
