Wall of Fame
At homecoming, the Elwood Union Free School District will unveil the Wall of Fame honoring former students, employees and volunteers for extraordinary achievements in academics, school and community service, public service, fine arts, business and athletics. The inductees will be presented to the high school assembly kicking off homecoming weekend. The inductees will be invited to participate in the homecoming parade.

Committee Composition
The committee is comprised of members of the administration, faculty, students, PTSO and the Alumni Association. Individuals may be nominated for Wall of Fame recognition by the following three ways:
- Alumni sub‐committee
- School sub‐committee
- Community at large
Selection Criteria
- The nominee has shown extraordinary achievement in one or more of the aforementioned categories while at the school or thereafter.
- The nominee must have been affiliated with the school as a student, employee or volunteer for a minimum of two years.
- The student, employee or volunteer may not be nominated until five years after they have left the school.
