Reopening School Schedules

Formula for School Opening:
 
If School is Open:

K-5:
Option 1: All Students Attend Daily
Option 2: Hybrid (in-person and remote)
                  Cohort A: attend school Monday, Tuesday
                  Cohort B: attend school Thursday, Friday
                  Wednesday - remote learning

6-12:
Hybrid (in-person and remote)
                 Cohort A: attend school Monday, Tuesday
                 Cohort B: attend school Thursday, Friday
                 Wednesday - remote learning

If School is Closed:

K-12:
All students engaged in fully remote learning daily.

Harley Avenue Primary School:
**Option 1: All students attend school daily
School hours are 9:20 am-3:40 pm

  • If you are driving your child to school, please arrive by 9:20 am to begin the check in process.
  • Dismissal will begin at 2:45pm and will be staggered.. Please review dismissal procedures for your child’s grade level.


Fully Remote Sample Schedule:

  • 9:20 - Log in for Morning Meeting
  • 10:00 am - 11:45 am: Log in for Synchronous instruction
  • 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm: Information posted on Google Classroom

School hours are 7:55 am-2:15 pm

  • If you are driving your child to school, please arrive by 7:55 am to begin the check in process.
  • Dismissal will begin at 1:45 pm and will be staggered. Please review dismissal procedures for your child’s grade level.

  • 8:10 - Log in for Morning Meeting
  • 9:00 am - 10:45 am: Log in for Synchronous instruction
  • 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm: Information posted on Google Classroom
