Certification, Incidental & Substitute Teaching

All teachers will hold valid and appropriate certificates for teaching assignments, except where otherwise allowable under the Commissioner’s Regulations or Education Law.
Each building will have permanent substitutes to support in-person learning, virtual learning, or hybrid instruction should a teacher become ill.
